Refund Policy

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Please review our full policy before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards 

Important: This policy does not apply to our Made to Order products.

Made to Order Products

  • You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.
  • After 4 hours, orders cannot be canceled and will only be eligible for returns if they arrive damaged or defective within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at support@bymirella.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Pack your item securely and send it back to us.

Once your return is approved, please ship the item within 5 business days. Returns shipped after this period may be voided.

Do not send any items back without prior approval—they will not be accepted.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Protection

Customers who purchase shipping protection are eligible for one replacement or refund per order if the package is lost or damaged.

  • Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
  • Protection applies once per order, per customer.
  • To activate your shipping protection, you must submit proof of the issue before we can proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

EU Customers: 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have 30 days from receipt to cancel or return items without justification. Items must remain unused, unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time by your bank or credit card company.
