Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I change my mind?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging and with tags attached, along with proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at support@bymirella.com and we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
